Natural volume restoration using your own fat — no synthetic fillers
Fat transfer (lipofilling or fat grafting) uses the patient's own fat — harvested via small liposuction cannulas — which is then processed and injected into areas that have lost volume. Common treatment areas include the face (cheeks, temples, under eyes, lips), hands, breasts, and buttocks (BBL). Because the patient's own cells are used, there is no risk of allergic reaction, and results can be permanent once the fat has established its blood supply.
Restores volume to cheeks, temples, under-eye hollows, nasolabial folds, and lips.
Natural breast augmentation — limited to 1–2 cup sizes but with completely natural feel and no implant.
Fat injected into the dorsum of the hands to disguise veins and tendons for a younger appearance.
The largest-volume fat transfer application — see the BBL page for full details.
Fat grafting combined with facelift surgery for both lifting and volume restoration in one procedure.
The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic or sedation (small volumes) or general anaesthesia (larger volumes or combined procedures). Small cannula harvest sites heal quickly. Swelling at transfer sites resolves over 4–6 weeks as the fat integrates.
5–7 days before returning home. Swelling resolves over 4–8 weeks. Final result visible at 3–6 months.
